James R.”Dicky” Taylor, 73 of Mouthcard, KY was born on Aug. 7, 1945 in Pikeville, KY to Ralph and Imogene Clark Taylor and passed away at Landmark of Elkhorn on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2018.  Dicky was a service station owner at Mouthcard, KY and a member of the Mouthcard Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Anthony Taylor.  Survivors are his wife; Donna Rue Belcher Taylor, daughter; Kristi Taylor of Mouthcard, sisters; Mrs. (Randy) Jane Ann Roberts , Mrs(Jack) JoLynn Adkins, Mrs. (Harroll)Jill Caudill, Mrs. (Tom) Jeanie Carol McCown and Susan Taylor, several nieces and nephews and a host of loving friends. Visitation will be at the Mouthcard Baptist Church after 6:00 on Tuesday and funeral service will be on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2019 at 1:00 with Joe Tuttle officiating.  Burial will follow in the Belcher Cemetery at Mouthcard, Ky.
