Billy Stalker, 46

Billy Shawn “Latino” Stalker, 46 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Friday, February 28, 2025 in Whitesville, WV. Billy was a coal miner. He was born April 27, 1978 in Pikeville, KY to Sadie Adams Stalker and late Billy Clayton Stalker. In addition to his father, Billy was preceded in death by a brother, James Clayton Stalker.

Besides his mother, Billy is survived by his wife, Bridgett Ann Adkins Stalker of Elkhorn City, KY; sons, Austin Dale Moore and Jackson Tyler Adkins both of Elkhorn City, KY, Nicholas Shawn Stalker of Pikeville, KY, Matthew Clayton Stalker and Logan Ryan Stalker both of Atwater, OH, and Clayton James Stalker of Ashcamp, KY; one daughter, Bailee Annison Stalker of Elkhorn City, KY; and two granddaughters, Maci Leeann Moore and AnnaBella Rose Stalker. He is also survived by one sister, Tammy O’Quinn of Mechanicsburg, OH.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, March 6 and Friday, March 07, 2025 at the Original Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, March 08, 2025 at 11AM from the chapel with Doug Tackett officiating. Burial will follow at the Stalker Family Cemetery, Adams Branch, Elkhorn City, KY.
