Obituary
Jason Rush Adkins, 51 of Pikeville, KY passed away Monday, July 07, 2025 at Pikeville Medical Center. Jason was a teacher at Millard Elementary School and of the Christian Faith. He was born September 09, 1973 in Columbus, OH, to Karen Davis Adkins of Breaks, VA, and the late Roy Dale Adkins.
Besides his mother, Jason is survived by his wife, Rachael Matney Adkins, and son, Blaze Adkins, both of Pikeville, KY.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 5:30PM at the Millard Elementary School.
