Lydia Mae Ramey, 81

Lydia Ramey, 81 of Mouthcard, Ky. was born June 25, 1943 in Pike County, Ky. and passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 in the UKMC in Lexington, Ky. She was the daughter of Sidney and Hazel Justice Smith who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Ervin Ramey, brothers; James, Bo, Dale, Linton and Jessie Ray, sisters; Nellie Chaffins and Erma Ramey. Survivors are sons; Donnie Ramey of Mouthcard and David Allen (Joanne) Ramey of Wilmore, Ky., daughters; Kathy (Dewayne) France of Pikeville, Rita Anderson of Mouthcard, and Misty (Jeremy) Norman of Pikeville, Ky., brother; Dolphis Smith of Mouthcard, grandchildren; Daniel Anderson, Autumn Johnson, Brittany Weaver and Jenny Mullins, great-grandchildren; Abigail Mullins, Jeremy Mullins, Harper Johnson, Aubree Johnson and Vincent Anderson. Visitation will be in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 6:00 PM-10:00 PM and on Sunday from 8:00 AM-10:00 PM. Nightly services at 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be conducted on Monday, July 15, 2024, 11:00 AM in the chapel with Larry Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Valley Memorial Park in Conway, Va.
