James Estill Mullins, 87

James Estill Mullins, 87 of Hellier, KY was born on November 23, 1937 in Hellier, KY and passed away on March 01, 2025 at his daughter, Garnett’s home. Estill was the son of Lonnie and Garnett Ratliff Mullins who preceded him in death. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Wanda Sue Mullins, a daughter, Tammy Lynn Stalker, brother Clifford Mullins,and sisters Linda Johnson, Gwendolyn Johnson, and Letha Flannery. Estill was a member of the Bowling Fork Freewill Baptist Church and a coal mine operator. Survivors are his wife; Mary Blair Mullins, one son; Thomas Estill (Kay) Mullins of Hellier, KY, three daughters; Garnett Sue (Donald) Coleman of Shelbiana, KY, Peggy (Wayne) Mullins Ramsey of Elkhorn City, KY, one sister; Brenda Rowe of Indiana, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 04, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel between the hours of 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Services will be nightly at 7:00 PM with Oscar Damron and Dustin Ramsey officiating. The funeral service will be conducted at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at the Bowling Fork Cemetery, Bowling Fork, KY.
