Billy R. Ramey, 58

Billy Ramey, 58 of Mouthcard, Ky. was born on Mar. 7, 1966 in Grundy, Va. and passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at the Landmark of Elkhorn. He was the son of Jessie Albert and Marie Hackney Ramey who preceded him in death. He was a stockman for Food City. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers; Truman, Rex and Glen, and a sister; Hester Ramey. Survivors are a son; Michael Lee Ray Ramey of Birchleaf, Va., a daughter; Santana Ramey of Birchleaf, Va. and a sister; Ocie Ramey of Mouthcard. Visitation will be after 6:00 PM on Monday, May 27, 2024 in the Stateline Pentecostal Church of God. 7:00 services will be conducted by Jessie Taylor. Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, 2:30 PM. Burial will follow in the Ramey Cemetery at Buckeye, Ky.
