Ronnie Ray Holbrooks, 75

Ronnie Ray Holbrooks, 75 of Rockhouse, KY passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at his residence. Ronnie was a retired coal miner. He was born November 20, 1949 at Rockhouse, KY to the late Walter Ray Holbrooks and Opal Sexton Holbrooks. In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by two sons, Walter Charles “Chucky” Holbrooks and Kerby Ray Holbrooks; brothers, Jerry, Grover Cleveland, James and Julian Holbrooks and sister, Susie Holbrooks.

Ronnie is survived by one son, Gary Shawn (Nathan Spence) Jones of Dandridge, TN; grandchildren, Austin Shawn Holbrooks, Jordan Charlie Paige Hobson, Abigail Morgan Jones, Micha Karalynn Jackson and Landon Gage Holbrooks; brothers, Eddie (Deidra) Holbrooks of Sevierville, TN, Malcom Holbrooks and John Holbrooks both of Lookout, KY.

Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday, March 06, 2025 at the Unity Freewill Baptist Church with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Friday, March 07, 2025 at 11AM from the church with Mike Coleman, Randy Bentley, Terry Gibson & Gary Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Hylton-Holbrooks Cemetery, Marrowbone, KY.
