David Lee Burgess, 57

David Lee Burgess, 57 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 at his residence. David was born July 31, 1967 in Grundy, VA to the late Franklin D Burgess and Ella Innis Burgess. In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Gearheart.

David is survived by a brother, Franklin Joe Burgess of Big Rock, VA and sisters, Brenda Clevinger of Mooresburg, TN and Linda Hopkins of Mouthcard, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10 PM on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7 PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 2 PM from the chapel with burial to follow at Flanary Cemetery, Mouthcard, KY.
