Mary Lou Green, 59

Mary Lou Adkins Green, 59 of Rockhouse, KY passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Pikeville Medical Center.

Mary was an office manager for Adams Construction and a member of the Unity Freewill Baptist Church. She was born June 16, 1965 in Pikeville, KY to the late Clinard Jentris Adkins and Sandra Diane Dixon Adkins.

Mary is survived by her husband, Chad Everett Green of Rockhouse, KY; two sons, James Coty (Kristia) Ratliff of Eau Claire, WI and Austin Green of Elkhorn City, KY; two brothers, Robert DeWayne (Tonya) Adkins of Elkhorn City, KY and Clinard “Bubby” (Jesse) Adkins of Rockhouse, KY; nieces, Emily Adkins, Abby Adkins, Bella Walker & Gabby Walker and a nephew, Isaiah Adkins. She is also survived by an uncle, Clinton Adkins.

Visitation will be after 6PM Monday, December 16, and Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at the Unity Freewill Baptist Church (1405 Rockhouse Creek Rd, Elkhorn City, KY 41501) with services nightly at 7PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 1PM from the church with Mike Coleman and others officiating. Burial will follow at Arthur & Mary Coleman Cemetery, Rockhouse, KY.
