Floyd Mullins, 62

Floyd Mullins, 62 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Pikeville Medical Center. Floyd was born August 12, 1961 in Pikeville, KY to the late Columbus Mullins and Lorraine Davis Mullins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Delena Mullins.

Floyd is survived by a son, Floyd Malcolm Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY; a daughter, Tasha Salisbury of Elkhorn City, KY; grandchild, Caylena Chapman. He also is survived by brothers, Wilburn Mullins, Joey Mullins and David Mullins and sister, Sheila Mullins.
