Timothy Brian Rowe, 63

Timothy Brian Rowe, 63 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Sunday, April 20, 2025 at his residence. Tim was an electrician, a US Army veteran and a member of the Disabled American Veterans.

Tim was born March 16, 1962 in Pikeville, KY to the late Danny O’Neill Rowe and Dorsia Mullins Lakin. Tim is survived by his wife, Teresa Ann Carter Rowe of Elkhorn City, KY; daughter, Brandy Rowe of Raeford, NC; step daughter, Daria Damron of Louisville, Ky. brothers, David “Hawk” Hawkins of Elkhorn City, KY and Larry Keith Hawkins of Clintwood, VA; and a sister, Terri Rowe Horne of Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 12PM from the chapel with Dale Senters and Tracy Wells officiating.
