Jeffery “Chico” Ratliff, 60 of Huddy, KY passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at the Tug Valley ARH. Jeffery was born September 12, 1961, in Pikeville, KY to the late Lester Lee Ratliff and Judith Kay Venters Ratliff. Jeffery is survived by a son, Dakota Ratliff of Huddy, KY; a daughter, Heather Akers of Pikeville, KY; and two grandchildren, Landon Ratliff and Bailey Sparks. He is also survived by two sisters, Dawn Ratliff and Valerie Ratliff both of Pikeville, KY. A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 27, 2022, at 2 PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.
