Sharon Gail Sayers O’Brien Stewart, 68 of Lick Creek, KY passed away Monday, January 27, 2020 at her residence. Sharon was a member of the Lick Creek Holiness Church. Sharon was born August 13, 1951 in Grundy, VA to Brother Ray Sayers of Lick Creek, KY and the late Esta Mae Owens Sayers. In addition to her mother, Sharon was preceded in death by one son, Richard Ray O’Brien, one brother, Larry Vencil Sayers and one step-daughter, Lucinda Stewart. Besides her father, Sharon is survived by her husband, Harold Stewart of Lick Creek, KY; one daughter, Kristie Anders of Lick Creek, KY; four step-children, Colena Stewart of Lick Creek, KY, Charlotte Vansickle of Cadallic, OH &Lisa Curtis of Taylor MI; and three grandchildren, Bethany Noelle Anders, Richard O’Neal Anders & William Tyler Martin. Sharon is also survived by one brother, Douglas Ray Sayers of Lick Creek, KY and one sister, Janet Avalee Abshire of Mouthcard, KY. Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday, January 28 & Thursday, January 29, 2020 at the Lick Creek Holiness Church with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 31, 2020 at 2PM from the church with Plennie Sawyers, Rick Fuller, Rick Sawyers & Lloyd Hart. Burial will follow at Mt. Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.
