Charles Elmer Anderson, 56 of Ashcamp, KY passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at his residence. Charles was born August 20, 1959 in Pikeville, KY to the late Charles Edward Anderson & Martha Swiney Anderson. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one grandson, Ian Matthew Anderson and one sister, Virginia Canada. Charles is survived by his wife, Bithia Wallace Anderson of Ashcamp, KY, two sons, Jeremy Blake Anderson of Elkhorn City, KY & David Allan Anderson of Ashcamp, KY and one grandson, Leland Trace Anderson. He is also survived by five sisters, Brenda Hylton of Morristown, TN, Debbie Spencer of Panama City, FL, Caroline Cananda of Bean Station, TN, Monica Justice of Elkhorn City, KY and Martha “Janie” Pitts. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, Feb. 25 and Friday, Feb. 26, 2016 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 11AM from the chapel. Burial will follow at the Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
