Wanda Miller, 72 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away on Friday, August 16th, 2024 at her residence. Wanda was born on December 15th, 1951 to the late Lacy Counts and Edna Doris Anderson Counts. Wanda was a retired School Bus Driver from the Pike County School system. In addition to her parents, Wanda is preceded in death by her daughter Kellie Ann Adams and sister: Cleta Blair.
Wanda is survived by her lifetime partner: Robert Morgan. Grandchildren: Bailey Coleman of Louisville, KY and Kady Adams of Ashcamp, KY. Great-Grandchildren: Oliver Jacobs and Elijah Jacobs. Brother: Kenny Counts of Mt. Laurel, NJ. Brother-in-law: Wilber Blair of Paintsville, KY.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 4-6PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Ronnie Counts officiating.

I remember her when she worked in Mr.Miller store and me and my sister would stay up front with her while mom did her shopping Then later on she was my niece and nephew would ride her bus
Wanda was such a good woman and will be missed! She sure took care of my cousin Robert. He loved her so. Prayers for all the family from Teddy and me.
I remember going into their store Millers back when I was in school. She was always good to me and my family.my dad shopped there for years. The Millers were wonderful people . I will never forget them
