Judith Stewart 77 of Thomasville, NC was born on Nov. 5, 1945, in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away at home on Sept. 9, 2023. She was the daughter of Roy and Jacqueline Tackett Taylor who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Arnold Jay Stewart and a sister; Shirley Roberts. Survivors are a son; Jay Stewart of Pikeville, Ky., daughter; Patricia Ann Hall of High Point, NC, a brother; Roy of Pound, Va., sisters; Maudie Taylor of Elkhorn City and Sally Bevins of Pompey, Ky., 14 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 9:00 on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023 in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM with Bill Conley officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie Young Cemetery in Pikeville, Ky.
