Mary Elizabeth Pennington Cure, 53 of Lookout, KY passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Norton Hospital, Louisville, KY. Mary was born October 29, 1969 in Cleveland, OH to Judy Ann Sanders Pennington of of Lookout, KY and the late Thomas Allen Pennington.

Besides her mother, Mary is survived by three daughters, Brittany Cure McCoy, Kayla Cure Gooslin and Olivia Cure Lawson all of Elkhorn City, KY; grandchildren, Braiden Collett, Kenzie Gooslin, Logan McCoy, Graeson Gooslin, Everly McCoy, Lee Gooslin, and Turner Lawson. She is also survived by two sisters, Debra Lynn Pennington Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY and Michelle Ann Pennington Young of Pikeville, KY, and a brother, Thomas Allen Pennington of Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, June 01, 2023 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be conducted Friday, June 02, 2023 at 2PM from the chapel with Gary Hall officiating. Burial will follow at the Sanders Cemetery, Sycamore, KY.
