Johnny Blake “Bear” Ratliff, 64 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, March 20, 2023 at Pikeville Medical Center. Johnny was born on November 15, 1958 in Pikeville, KY to the late Bill Ratliff and Mary Sawyers Ratliff. In addition to his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by a brother, Randy Ratliff and a sister, Michelle Ratliff.

Johnny is survived by his wife, Diana Lynn Hodge Ratliff of Elkhorn City, KY; two daughters, Jamie Stiltner of Mosheim, TN and Jeresa Shelbrock of Rutledge, TN; and three grandchildren, Breanna Stiltner, Damien Riley Shelbrock and Delilah Rayne Shelbrock. He is also survived by one brother, Dennis Ratliff of Russellville, KY and a sister, Debbie Wallace of Florida.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 6-10PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be conducted Friday, March 24, 2023 at 11AM from the chapel with Terry Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
