Timothy D. Mullins, 45 of Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on March 3, 1978 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away at the home of his mother on March 15, 2023. Timothy was the son of the late David Mullins and Yolonda Ramey of Jenkins, Ky. He was a manager of Pizza Plus. In addition to his mother Yolonda Ramey, he is survived by a brother; Robert Corey Mullins of Elkhorn City, Ky. step- sisters; Rebecca(Michael) Tuggle and Jessica Watson, step nieces; Annabell and Abigail Watson an a step- nephew; Jamison Worrix.A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 4-6PM at the First Church of God, Elkhorn City, KY with Scottie Adkins officiating.
