Gladys Fields Sullivan, 86 of Burkesville, KY passed away Sunday, February 27, 2022, at the Cumberland County Hospital, Burkesville, KY. She was a homemaker and a member of the Free Pentecostal Church. Gladys was born July 28, 1935 at Pond Creek, KY to the late Rufus “Sim” Fields and Nancy Hurley Fields. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd E. Sullivan, a daughter, Lisa Michelle Elmore, two sisters, Helen Fields and Thelma Griffey and three brothers, Freeland, James and Eugene Fields. Gladys is survived by one son, Lloyd Sullivan, Jr. of Steele, KY; two daughters, Dianna Lynn Martin of Glasgow, KY and Glenda Williamson of Burkesville, KY; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Mossey Fields and Linda Sue Matney both of Steele, KY and one brother, Freddie Fields of Biggs, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Monday, February 28, 2022 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a song service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 01, 2022 at 1PM from the chapel with Jesse Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
