Kenneth Ray Overstreet, 71 of Ashcamp, KY. Passed away Saturday January 30, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Born on November 11, 1949 to the late Ray Overstreet and Esta Verona Adkins Overstreet. He was a retired mechanic and coal miner, a member of the Cedar Grove Church, and a member of the Disabled American Veterans chapter 140. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his step son Rubin James Fleming. Kenneth is survived by his wife Fonda Overstreet. Son Shawn Overstreet of Alaska. Daughters; Angela Louista Overstreet of California and Elizabeth Rose of Ashcamp, KY. Stepdaughters; Melissa Adkins of Pikeville, KY., Jennifer Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY. and Stacy Fleming of Elkhorn City, KY. Brothers; Teddy Overstreet of Jenkins, KY and Eddie Overstreet of Pikeville, KY. Sisters; Linda Lucille Robinson and Teresa Fay Overstreet of Elkhorn City, KY. Grandchildren; Devin Adkins, Jerry Adkins, Julie Coleman, Sara Smith, Santana Mullins, and L.J. Mullins. Great grandchildren; Kayden Kelly, Gracelyn Adkins, Bowie Mullins, Hendrix Mullins, and a great grandchild named Grayson on the way. Visitation will be held on Monday February 1, 2021 from 6-10PM with a service at 7PM at the Bailey Funeral Home chapel in Elkhorn City, KY. The funeral service will begin in the chapel on Tuesday February 2, 2021 at 11AM with Jerry Overstreet and Willis Bartley officiating. Burial will follow at the Wilson Cemetery in Draffin, KY.
