Eulon Mullins, 90 of Elkhorn City passed away Friday, July 20, 2018 at his home.  Eulon was born June 25, 1928 in Elkhorn City, KY to the late Malcolm Mullins & Quinnie Chaney Mullins. In addition to his parents, Eulon was preceded in death by siblings, Eugene Mullins, Ercil Mullins, Virgil Mullins, Luther Mullins, Russell Chaney, Junior Chaney, Elster Mullins, and Allie Faye Ratliff. Eulon is survived by his wife, Zetta Rowe Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY; four daughters, Virginia (David) Black of Cosby, TN, Marlena Hughes  of Bardstown, KY, Valerie Mullins of Belcher, KY and Lynetta (James Monroe) Hensley of Lexington, KY; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Eulon is also survived by two brothers, Bobby (Loretta) Mullins of Belcher, KY & Billy Clay Mullins of Jenkins, KY and three sisters, Betty Ruth Bartley of Elkhorn City, KY, Opal Richardson of Jenkins, KY & Sue Hackney of Morristown, TN. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Monday, July 23, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 2PM from the chapel with Ray Sayers & Rick Sayers officiating. Burial will follow at the Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
