Nancy Ratliff of Elkhorn City, KY passed away at the UKMC on Saturday, July 29, 2017. Nancy was a retired teacher and a member of the Church of Christ. Nancy was born November 29, 1950 at Neon, KY to the late Noah Hall and Bethany Wyatt Hall. Besides her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by one brother, Lonnie Hall. Nancy is survived by sons, Derwood (Rebecca) Ratliff of Pikeville, KY & Jon (Jennifer) Quillen of Nicholasville, KY and daughters, Kimberly (Richard) Hall of Whitesburg, KY, Rebecca (Keith) Burns of Ackworth, GA & Lavonda (Brett) Meade of Betsy Layne, KY; and thirteen grandchildren. Nancy is also survived by one sister, Alma Taylor of Birmingham, AL and six brothers, Herman Hall of Ft. Pierre, FL, Thurman Hall & Larry Hall both of Neon, KY, Paul Hall & James Hall both of McRoberts, KY, and Noah Hall, Jr., of Wise, VA.  A memorial service will be held Friday, August 4, 2017 from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel from 6-10PM with a service at 7PM.
