Danny Franklin Mills, 50 of Hi Hat, KY passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Mt. View Healthcare Center. Danny was born June 19, 1966 in Paintsville, KY to James Franklin Mills & Bessie Ann Davis Mills of Van Lear, KY. Besides his parents Danny is survived by three brothers, James Mills, Gregory Mills & Franklin Curtis Mills.
