Ronnie “Rhinestone” Conley, 68 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Pikeville Medical Center.  He was the son of the late Otis Clayton and Anna Rae Mullins Conley.  Before retiring he drove a truck for S T and T Trucking Company and also served in the armed forces.  Rhinestone is survived by his loving companion, Audrey, 4 daughters; Rhonda Biddle, Kellie Carlisle, Carrie  Ann Conley and Jessica Lawson; brothers; Bill and Jim Conley, sisters; Anna Mae Swiney, Wanda Murphy, Connie Barton, Rosa Meade and Gret Thacker, 3 Grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren.  Services will be held Sunday, Jan. 29, 2017 12:00 from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Conley and Jimmy Adkins officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM on Sunday.  Burial will follow in the Ratliff Cemetery at Draffin, KY.
