John Wayne Sullivan, 64 of Steele, KY passed away Monday, February 8, 2016 at Pikeville Medical Center. John was born January 7, 1952 in Pikeville, KY to the late Bill Sullivan, Sr. & Tiny Jane Pugh Sullivan. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Lloyd, Ethel, Birge, Bill Jr., Donnie and Betty Carol. John is survived by one son, Justin Sullivan of Virgie, KY, one daughter, Tonya Sullivan of Elkhorn City, KY, seven grandchildren & two great grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers, Walter Sullivan of Kimper, KY & Melvin Sullivan of Mouthcard,KY and four sisters, Judy Scott of Pikeville, KY, Janet Fuller of Steele, KY, Rita Freeman of Feds Creek, KY & Jean Wolfe of Marietta, IN. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, Feb. 11, & Friday, Feb. 12, 2016 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016 at 11AM from the chapel. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
john was always special to me he was always good to me and I will never forget about him I loved him very much and he knew that and he loved me I miss him and always will miss him
