Delmon Ratliff, 58 of Draffin, Ky. passed away at his home on Saturday, March 28, 2015.  He is survived by his wife, Judy and a son, Michael Delmon Ratliff.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday evening at 7:00 from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Randy Bentley officiating.  Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00 Tuesday evening.
