Jessie Scott, 86 of Somerset, KY formerly of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Friday, February 5, 2016 at her residence. Jessie is survived by two sons, Charles Richard Scott of Somerset, KY and Morris Scott of Belcher, KY and three daughters, Janice Chapman of Ubank, Ky.,  Pam Ratliff of Somerset, Ky. and Sherry Flynn of Nancy, Ky., 19 Grandchildren and many Great  and Great Great Grandchildren and a sister Florine Little of Greasy Creek, Ky.  In addidition to her parents, Daniel Isaiah And Mary Alice Jones Coleman she was preceded in death by  daughters, Estelene Hatter and Kathy Mesaros, brothers, Larry & Virgil Coleman and sisters, Ivel May and Gladys Whicker.  Visitation will be Sunday, February 7, 2016 from 6-10PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, February 8, 2016 at 11AM from the chapel with  the Little Beaver Church of Christ (Daniel Weakley)  officiating.  She was a member of the Spirit of Truth Church in Somerset, Ky.  Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
