Rebie P. Adkins, 89 of Rockhouse, Elkhorn City passed away at the Pikeville Medical Center on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015.  Rebie is the daughter of the late Authur and Mary Coleman.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Elzie Adkins  and a son Clinard.  She is survived by  2 sons, Ronald Blake of Rockhouse and Howard C. of Akron, Ohio, 3 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.  Friends may call at the Rockhouse Regular Baptist Church after 6:00, Saturday.  There will be a nightly service at 7:00 with Bradford Adkins and others officiating.  Funeral service will be held on Monday, 1:00 at the Rockhouse Regular Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Arthur and Mary Coleman Cemetery at Rockhouse, Ky.
