Terry Dean Bartley, 64 of Ashcamp, Ky. passed away at the Pikeville Medical Center on Oct. 25, 2015;  Services will be conducted from the Dorton General Baptist Church, Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 11:00AM with James Johnson and Chad Osborne officiating;  Burial will follow in the Willard Bartley Cemetery at Ashcamp, Ky.  Visitation will be at the church after 6:00 on Tuesday, October 27, 2015.  Terry is survived by his wife Louise, daughter, Terry Louise of St. Petersburg, Florida, Step-sons, Little Joe Cortez, Dave Cortez and Chuck Robert Bailey all of Pikeville, Step-daughter, Patricia Bailey of Pikeville, 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren
