Eloise Christine Chapman, 67 of Phyllis, KY passed away Monday, October 5, 2015 at her residence. Eloise was born September 16, 1948 at Phyllis, KY to the late Andy Adams & Brooksie Justice Casey. Eloise is survived by her husband, Thomas Jefferson Chapman of Phyllis, KY, one son, Kelvin Williamson of Phyllis, KY, one daughter, Theresa Ann Miller of Phyllis, KY and one step-son, Jeffery Chapman of Kermit, WV; five grandchildren, Courtney Belcher, Cameron Miller, Corey Williamson, Conner Williamson & Bentley Chapman and two great grandchildren, Addisyn Belcher & Bristol Belcher. She is also survived by two brothers, Roger Casey of Virgie, KY and Eddie Casey of Phyllis, KY and one sister, Geraldine Shaffer of Pioneer, OH. Visitation will be Wednesday, Oct. 7 & Oct. 8, 2015 at the Kimper Church of God, Kimper, KY with a service Thursday night at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 9, 2015 at 2PM from the church. Burial will follow at the Justice Family Cemetery, Phyllis, KY.
