Wanda Lee Ratliff, 69 of Belcher, KY passed away Monday, September 14, 2015 at Pikeville Medical Center. Wanda was born June 19, 1946 in Pikeville, KY to the late William Clarence Lester & Alda Louise Griffey Lester. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one son, William Allen Blankenship, one brother, Hubert Lester and three sisters, Geraldine Dotson, Connie Dotson & Patsy Lester. Wanda is survived by two daughters, Mary Hamilton of Elkhorn City, KY and Carmie Murphy of Pikeville, KY and several grandchildren & great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, Robert Lester of Steele, KY & Jackie Lester of Louisa, KY and two sisters, Linda Goodwin of Elkhorn City, KY & Rita Gail Murphy of Phyllis, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 17, 2015 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, September 18, 2015 at 2PM from the chapel. Burial will follow at the Lester Family Cemetery, Feds Creek, KY.
