Ronnie Ervin Fleming, 70 of Hellier, KY passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at his residence. Ronnie was a retired coal miner. He was born February 13, 1954 in Pikeville, KY to the late Homer Fleming and Dovie Castle Fleming. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Frank, Roy, Rubin and E.J. Fleming and sister, Brenda.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Kathy Hodge Fleming of Hellier, KY; two sons, Ronnie Dwayne Fleming of Ashcamp, KY and Jonathon Adams of Lexington, KY; three daughters, Doveda Schill of Kansas, Sabrina Richardson of WV and Rhonda Fleming of Millard, KY; step-sons, Richard Swiney of Louisa, KY and Patrick Swiney of Pikeville, KY; step-daughter, Heather Nicole Swiney of Hellier, KY; grandchildren reared by Ronnie, Josie Jones, Zoey Swiney & Colton Swiney; fifteen grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by brother Homer Fleming of Hellier, KY and sisters, Rosie Marie, Lottie and Phyllis.

Visitation will be after 6PM Friday, July 26, and Saturday, July 27, 2024 at the Allegheny Freewill Baptist Church with services nightly at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Sunday, July 28, 2024 at 2PM from the church with Ray Tackett and Richard Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in the Robinson Cemetery.
