Judge Mullins, 91 of Kingsport, TN formerly of Breaks, VA passed away Friday, July 05, 2024 at his residence. He was a retired machine operator and a US Army Veteran.

Judge was born March 07, 1933 in Breaks, VA to the late Judge W. Mullins and Hattie Shortridge Mullins. In addition to his parents, Judge was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Adams, a brother, Duran Mullins, two sisters, Anna Stackman and Janet Bailiff, half-brother, Tony Mullins and half-sister, Lula Belle.

Judge is survived by four sons, Timothy Mullins of Kingsport, TN, William Mullins of Chuckey, TN, Phillip Mullins of Cold Spring, TX and Sean Mullins of Texas; two daughters, Sharon Paige of Kingsport, TN and DeDe Sowards of Monroe, MI; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren. He is also survived by half brothers, Blake Mullins of Lincoln Park, MI, Timothy Mullins of Richmond, VA and Patrick Mullins and half sisters, Didema McPeek, Ruby Mullins, Cathy Mullins, Ella Swiney and Marsha Bailey.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will be conducted Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 11AM from the chapel. Burial will follow at the Enoch Mullins Cemetery, Breaks, VA.
