Jimmy Douglas Mullins, age 24 of Elkhorn City, Ky. passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2015. He was born on Sept. 28, 1990 in Pikeville, Ky. He was a salesman for Bruce Walters of Pikeville, Ky. He is survived by his mother, Melissa and her husband Johnny Pierce of Elkhorn City, Ky., his father, Curtis M. Hall of Shelbiana, Ky., 1 son, Easton Case Mullins and Fiancee, Megan Ravencraft of Elkhorn City, 2 brothers, Cody Thomas Ramsey and Johothon Pierce both of Elkhorn City, 2 sisters, Tandra Renee Ramsey of Mouthcard and Hannah Beth Pierce of Elkhorn City, Maternal Grandparents, Doug & Mary Ann Mullins of Virgie and Gail S. Mullins of Pikeville, Paternal Grandparents, Fontela & Ermal Griffith of Shelbiana and Curt Hall of Shelbiana. Visitation will be held Monday May 25th and Tuesday May 26th from 6 – 10 PM at the bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 11:00 from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Homer Lee Ramsey and other Old Regular Baptist will be officiating Monday and Wednesday. Adam Akers & Jason Beverly will be officiating on Tuesday. Burial will follow in the Mullins Family Cemetery on Long Fork of Virgie, Ky.
