Clara Skerlak, 74 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at her residence. Clara was born November 28, 1940 in Pike County, KY to the late Everett Ratliff & Goldie Belcher Ratliff. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sons, Ricky Mullins & Robbie Mullins and one step-son, Brian Skerlak. Clara is survived by her husband, Antal “Tony” Skerlak of Elkhorn City, KY, one daughter, Diane Rowe of Elkhorn City, KY, and two sons, Mitchell Mullins of Georgetown, KY, and Nicky Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 11AM from the chapel. Burial will follow at the Ratliff Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
