Ira Williams, 91 of Breaks, VA passed away Friday, May 8, 2015 at his residence. Ira was born September 11, 1924 to the late Draxie Hopkins Williams and John Williams. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ruby Robinson Williams, two brothers; Bobby and James Williams; two sisters Maxine Hill and Elva Spears, and a son-in law, Hoyle Styles. Ira is survived by one daughter, Drucilla Williams Styles, of Breaks, VA, one sister, Mary Ann Faye Keene, of Virgie, KY and two brothers; Sammy Williams of Clay City, KY and Dock Edward Williams of East Prairie, Missouri. Ira was a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church and the United States Army.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10, 2015 from 6-10PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, May 11, 2015 at 11AM from the chapel with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
