Debra Ann Ratliff, 57 of Pikeville, KY passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Pikeville Medical Center. Debra was born August 6, 1966 in Grundy, VA to Frances Diana Hickman Anderson of Pikeville, KY and the late Franklin Delano Roosevelt VanDyke. Besides her father, Debbie was preceded in death by a special great-nephew, Kaden Chase VanDyke and step-father, Billy Joe Anderson.
In addition to her mother, Debra is survived by a son, Dakota (fiancee’, Lanetta Tucker) Coleman of Elkhorn City, KY; two brothers, Daniel (Kay) VanDyke of Grundy, VA and David (Juanita) VanDyke of Prestonsburg, KY; two sisters, Karen (Michael) Street of Oakwood, VA and Kathy VanDyke of Sevierville, TN; special nieces & nephew, Brittany VanDyke, Ashley VanDyke Dotson, Emma VanDyke, Chelsea VanDyke, Lucas VanDyke and Shea Lynn Brown; and special great-niece, Kayleigh Chanel VanDyke.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 4PM from the Faith First Baptist Church with Randy Bentley officiating.
Debbie, you will be missed and never forgotten. You will never know the impact you had on others. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
