Loretta Joyce Riley Adkins, 60 of Pikeville, KY passed away Monday, July 10, 2023 at Pikeville Medical Center. Loretta was born October 18, 1962 in Pikeville, KY to the late Arthur Stump Riley and Rita Marlene Hopkins Riley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth W. Riley and Gary D. Riley.
Loretta is survived by her husband, John Timothy Adkins of Pikeville, KY; son, Timothy Ryan (Crystal Blair) Adkins of Pikeville, KY; daughter, Cassandra Lynn (Don) Holloway of Pikeville, KY; special granddaughter, Madison Cheeks and step-grandson, Freddy Blair.
Loretta is also survived by three brothers, Michael Riley of Mouthcard, KY, Aruther Ray Riley and Robert Riley both of Homecreek, VA and two sisters, Rhonda Kay Faile of Grundy, VA and Deborah Snipes of Kershaw, SC.
Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, July 12 and Thursday, July 13, 2023 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. The funeral service will be conducted Friday, July 14, 2023 at 12PM from the chapel with Randy Bentley and others officiating. Burial will follow at the Blackburn Cemetery, Harless Creek, Regina, KY.
