Janice Marie McCoy Ratliff, 75 of Regina, KY passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at her residence. Janice was born July 28, 1939 in Elkhorn City to the late Okie Aldin McCoy & LeTillie Adams McCoy. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one half brother, Alvery Cavins and Edna McCoy Pinson, Ledna McCoy Ratliff & Nancy McCoy. Janice is survived by her husband, Bobby Ray Ratliff of Regina, KY, one son, Ishmal Ratliff of Regina, KY and three daughters, Nioka Ratliff (Jimmy)Taylor and Rebecca Ratliff (Anthony) Bentley both of Regina, KY and Teresa Ratliff (Glade) Taylor of Elkhorn City, KY. She is also survived by one sister, Anna Rae McCoy Taylor of Vermillion, OH, eight grandchildren & eleven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 2PM from the chapel. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
