Thomas Russell Price, Sr., 47 of Pikeville, KY passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center. He was a coal analyst for SGS and a member of the Thomas C Cecil Lodge, #375. Thomas was born July 04, 1975 in Pikeville, KY to Eva Lynn Ratliff (Danny) Kidd of Pikeville, KY. Thomas was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelsie Louise Price. In addition to his mother, Thomas is survived by his wife, Patricia Sword Price of Pikeville, KY; sons, Thomas “T.J.” Price, Jr. and John Daniel Price both of Elkhorn City, KY; and two grandchildren, Aubree and Aria. He is also survived by three brothers, Danny “Slim” Kidd, Johnathon “Horse” Kidd and Jeremy Price all of Pikeville, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Tuesday, December 13 and Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Masonic services Tuesday evening and a church service Wednesday evening. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 1PM from the chapel with Eric Bartley and Arnold Thornsberry officiating. Burial will follow at the Kidd Family Cemetery, Left Fork Island Creek, Pikeville, KY.
