Emma Belle Ramey, 83, of Lawrenceburg, KY died on Thursday, October 27, 2022. She was born April 04, 1939, a daughter of the late Gomer and Lavana Withrow. She was a homemaker who lovingly supported her husband’s career.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Bertha Gail Withrow, and a brother Rubert Withrow.

She is survived by her husband, of 65 years, Donnie Ramey, one son Daniel (Anna) Ramey of Jackson, MI and one daughter Deanna (Chris) Hunt of Lawrenceburg, KY; five grandchildren, Ashley (Logan) Coleman of Lawrenceburg, KY, Mallory (Dan) Vredeveld of Spring Arbor, MI, Whitney Hunt of Lawrenceburg, KY, Maddison (Keir) Husted of Spring Arbor, MI and Paul Borener of Jackson, MI; seven great-grandchildren, Zayne Landon Coleman, Emelia Ramey Vredeveld, Eloise Marijke Vredeveld, Thea Isabelle Husted, Elliot Daniel Vredeveld, Knox Liam Coleman, and Posey Greer Husted. She is also survived by one brother, Gomer Dale (Tammie) Withrow of Lima, OH.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Thursday, November 03, 2022 at the Mountain View Church of Christ with Steve Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday beginning at 6:00 and Wednesday with services beginning at 7:00.
