James Allen Kelly, 44 of Ashcamp, KY passed away Sunday, July 17, 2022. James was born August 4, 1977 in Pikeville, KY to Sharon Kay Stanley Kelly of Florence, KY and the late Rudy Kelly. In addition to his mother, James is survived by his daughter, Abigail Grace Kelly of Phoenix, AZ and brother, Anthony Kelly of Florence, KY. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 2-4PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.
