Audrey Belcher Ratliff, 91 of Belcher, KY passed away Sunday, July 03, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ferrells Creek Church of Christ. Audrey was born March 28, 1931 at Belcher, KY to the late Gennings Belcher and Kelsey Ellen Potter Belcher. In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Ratliff, brothers, Rush, Theodore, and Woodrow Belcher, and sisters, Cloa Blevins and June Bingham. Audrey is survived by a son, David (Karen) Ratliff of Belcher, KY; daughters, Brenda (Bobby) Miller of Russellville, TN, Rosalee (Gary) Taylor of Versailles, KY, Kathy (Jerry) Harrison of Mooresburg, TN. and Linda (Roger) Bevins of Pikeville, KY; seven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and seventeen great-great-grandchildren.
The visitation will be from 6-10 PM Tuesday, July 05, 2022, at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 06, 2022 at 11AM from the Ferrells Church of Christ with Billy Ford and Jim Ed Belcher officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
A truly remarkable woman has gone to be with the Lord. Her home always had the welcome mat out and Audrey was ready to share a meal and have a pleasant conservation with her company. You will be missed as you were loved dear cousin.
My heart hurts for you all. Your mother was one of the sweetest most kind hearted person I ever knew.

My heart is broken, he was my friend all my life. We played at my house with dolls and many other things. I loved him like he was my brother we were as close as if we were brother and sister. Melisa call if you just need to talk or go out to lunch Love you !!
