Dathana Jane Wood Dotson Hodge, 71 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at her home. Dathana was born May 12, 1951 at Stiamon, VA to the late Arvil Swanson Wood and Beleana Barton Branham. Dathana is survived by two daughters, Sherrie Smith and Brenda Rose both of Elkhorn City, KY; four grandchildren, Mykel Gregory Stalker, Kristi LaDawn Stalker, Gina Michelle Kendrick & Shawn Michael Smith; and five great-grandchildren, Zachary Colby Belcher, Victoria Isabella Adkins, Draxton Smith, Airabella Kendrick & Lillian Kendrick. She is also survived by two brothers, Arvil Cline Wood of Clintwood, VA and Willard Charles Wood of Bartlick, VA and a sister, Crishtene Elizabeth Ramey of Clincho, VA.

Memorial service will be held Sunday, July 03, 2022 at 2PM at the Dotson Cemetery, Big Branch, Elkhorn City, KY.
