Donna Sue Adams, 66 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at Pikeville Medical Center. Donna was born November 28, 1955, in Pikeville, KY to the late Elvie Adkins and Rosetta Hylton Adkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Brice Adams, son Ricky Dean Adams, brothers, Roy and Chester Adkins, and sisters, Ella Louise Bartley and Phyllis Bartley. Donna is survived by three daughters, Roseline Adams and Machelle Adams both of Elkhorn City, KY, and Desiree (Trey) Clifton Little of Pikeville, KY; grandchildren, Skyla Adams, Kady Adams, Garriet Thacker & Paige Stewart; and great-grandchild, Alayah Little. She is also survived by one brother, Lester Adkins of Rockhouse, KY, and three sisters, Cora Elizabeth Stapleton of Hellier, KY, Emma Sykes of Lawrence County, KY, and Loretta Mullins of Rockhouse, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10 PM Thursday, June 16, and Friday, June 17, 2022, at the Original Bailey Funeral Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 2 PM from the chapel with Timmy Tackett, James Sykes and Terry Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at the Adkins Cemetery, Rockhouse, KY.
