James D. “Fish Hook” Epling, 49 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, June 13, 2022, at his residence. James was born February 04, 1973, in Pikeville, KY to the late James Henry Epling and Brenda Lynn Ramey Epling. James is survived by his fiancee’ Teresa Clifton of Jefferson, TN; sister, Tanya Justice of Elkhorn City, KY, and nephew, Dakota Justice. The visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 2PM from the chapel. Burial will follow at the Ramey-Salyers Cemetery, Little Beaver, Elkhorn City, KY.
