Donna Sue Mullins, 77 of Regina, KY passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center. Donna was born December 27, 1944 in Pikeville, KY to the late Allen Mullins and Kathleen Damron Mullins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandchild, David Blackburn. Donna is survived by a daughter, Diana Sutherland; grandchild, Christopher Blackburn of Huntington, WV; and great-grandchild, Paycence Blackburn. A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 06, 2022 at 2PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with David Thacker officiating.
