Sandra Kay Mullins, 71 of Mouthcard, Ky. was born on Dec. 7, 1950, in Pikeville, Ky., and passed away on Feb. 3, 2022, in the Highland ARH. She is the daughter of the late James Roberts and Lucille Little. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her husband Hershell, daughter; Rhonda Sue Adams, brothers, Ricky and Phillip Andrew Akers, and a sister; Shelia Miller. Survivors are a son; Hurley Dewayne Mullins of Mouthcard, daughter; Heather (Mark) Ramey of Mouthcard, brothers; Edward Akers of Elkhorn City and Rodney Akers of Pikeville, sister; Judy Kinney of Pikeville, grandchildren; Haley Ramey, Hannah Ramey, Dylan Bishop, Daycha Shortridge, Tasha Ratliff, Michael Baker, and Brian Slone and a great-grandchild; Saylor Bishop, Chloe Baker & Kylee Justice. Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00PM on Sunday at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Services at 7:00PM with Edgar Sanders officiating. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 from the chapel. Burial will follow in the Baker Family Cemetery at Home Creek, Va.
