Carol Jean Justice, 72 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, January 31, 2022 at Pikeville Nursing and Rehab. She was a homemaker and a member of the Unity Freewill Baptist Church. Carol was born June 23, 1949 in Pikeville, KY to the late Homer Ben Justice and Lorrine Ratliff Justice. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Dean and Billy Gene Justice. Carol is survived by one brother, Donald Justice of Elkhorn City, KY, and a sister, Charlene Justice of Elkhorn City, KY. Visitation will be from 12-2PM Thursday, February 03, 2022 in the original Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service is to begin at 2PM from the chapel with Mike Coleman officiating. Burial will follow at the Justice Family Cemetery, Road Creek, KY.
I didn’t get to see Sue much but when I would see Sue & Charlene it thrilled me, I got to run and hug both of them and tell them that I love them! I will see Sue soon in Heaven! I can’t wait to see her and the rest of the family! I love you Sue! I pray for Charlene and the family at their time of grief, God Bless all of you! Lots of Love!
